1)The rules are simple somebody post a thought, idea, poem etc.
2) Users can use photoshop, Art Rage, Corel Photo Paint, and any other workable art program and bring the idea, poem, thought etc to life.
Let the ideas and the creativity flow.
This is a very interesting idea, not sure if it'll work while the forum is still young but if not we should definately try it again later.
As for an idea I'm not sure, it'll be hard to get people to join in at the moment unless its something very open so maybe something newgrounds based, or a person or object in a strange location. I'm not sure..
