When you have to make up a story about a knife that slips into somebody because it was dull, you haven't made a good clue. The answer could have been a lot of things. Teflon, for example, is used in both cleaning and cooking things, it has been shown to cause many diseases and is more harmful when it wears off the pot or pan.

Furthermore, a knife does not cook. It prepares food for the process of cooking. The definition of cooking is:

To prepare (food) for eating by applying heat

Sushi chefs cut fish to prepare it for sushi but if it is raw they do not cook it.

Also, I'm not saying that we should be given another chance. We would have been wrong anyway. But in a game like this you have to make clues that, when complete, fit the answer 100 percent.

The hints are never specific.
