This is something Drimarki typed up. First number shows number of blam/protection points required for rank. Second number shows the increment between each level.
Citizen - 0
Safety Patrol - 100 (+100)

Well, the list that leeboy105 have posted on this thread is the updated one, Ramagi didn't diss the updated list :) The changes that I made for the updated list is that I changed the point requirement for Elite Guard Lieutenant Colonel to 15500 and changed the point requirement for Elite Guard Colonel to 17500. And that is correct...so far. So if any of you guys find the non-updated list, please note the changes above.
Is the final rank actually called Unknown, or is it called that because nobody's reached it yet?
