The local Cat Protection Officer is coming round today to make sure my house is safe for cats :D
I'm pretty sure it is so i can't wait until she comes! :)

more attention = more cuddles

It isn't a cat patrol officer :P It's a home visiter from the cats protection league of the UK.
She's called a Cats Protection Officer because of her company not her job lol.
Anyway, good to hear about your new house Jamie! :D Your parents may look for rent sometime lol. Anyway, in about an hour or two i'm going to visit a kitten, 10 weeks old and black, to see if i want it :D

Lol your cat sounds really playful Jamie. I've found a cat that i like. He's a little 10 week old kitten and he's so cute. Thing is, my mum is allergic and she only let me have it if it's away from her. But i think we've got a big enough house. When we went to look for it the person was playing with her kitties and my mum got a bad allergic reaction so i guess i'll have to play with it in my room and make sure it doesn't get on the furniture :P.

But sadly, people with allergies can be the downfall for cat lovers. I remember I just brought my cat home from my aunt's house (her kitty had a litter) without my mom knowing (yeah, I was that desparete to get a kitty), and she had allergies to cats. But after about a month and a half, she was absolutley fine.

Your mom seems willing to get a cat, right? So you're plan to play with it in your room sounds good. Just make sure you have all the essentials (food, water, litterbox, and some toys). And if your mom wants to come in contact with it, she can take allergy releif medicine from over the counter and that will subdue the allergy for a while. Eventually the body will get used to the cat and her allergy won't be bad at all (or it will completely dissapear)

I really do hope so Jamie. My cats is a black one with cute little green eyes and a white bit on its tail and chin and belly. It doesn't seem to shy so my bro can look at it later :)

I was mildly allergic to cats when I was small, but since i have had cats basically all my life i have built up an immunity to it. Which is great considering I would have cats around even if I didn't.

The Christmas tree is up, and it is now my cat, Pumpkin's, favorite place to lounge. She climbs up the inside and curls up on the branches, it's so cute! Fake tree, so don't worry, she's not getting pine needles poking her cute little paws. I hope to upload a pic some time ^_^!

Sometimes, cats fur change because of the different seasons. Winter, they get darker and summer, they get lighter. That sorta goes for the hair on my head. lol!

You know, I used to have a cat. It was black. I called it Kitty. One day, it had blood coming out of its anus. Kitty wiped the blood whipped on its tail onto my leg when it nuzzled against me. I was like WTF; I couldn't believe it. It's too bad I didn't do anything about it because after that, it never came to me when I called its name. I presumed that it died.
