Right click on the page > View Page info > Media tab > Select the .swf > save

well its kinda ruining bandwich but you gotta view source on the page...sroll over>scroll down>see the uploads.ungrounded.net/whatever.swf then copy it and paste it in a search thing on like google then click save target as on the link
I think you can also find it in your Temporary internet files folder.

Yeah because I made firefox and allowed it to download files off the internet. Not to mention whenever you "load" a file it goes in your temp internet files, able to be downloaded. And people don't ever steal content and put it on other sites. Oh no, that has never happened before, ever.
