Ban/Report stolen game

i would like to report something stolen from me, but i have no idea where to go.
this game was stolen ( http://newgrounds.com/portal/view/304159 ) from my "the ultimate dressup" http://newgrounds.com/portal/view/282059
all he did was take screenshots of my stuff and use them, just look for urself, thats why its such bad quality!

he took this without asking, i want a perminate ban from this person. plz help

i'm at school right now and can't really check the game to see if it's stolen, but if it is stolen, you are supposed to email [e-mail] so says ramagi, at least :p
