Vote on movies that are "Under Judgement" (on the top in the portal in grey)
If u BLAM a movie by giving it a 0 or 1 u will get a BLAM point ONLY IF THE MOVIE ITSELF WAS BLAMMED ....and if you give one a 2,3,4 or 5 and stays on the portal, you will get a PROTECTION POINT

But what if you try to protect a movie that was blammed, you will NOT get a point...the same for blamming and the movie\game was protected

Sometimes it takes a while for the voting buttons to load on 'Under Judgement' submissions (at least on my computer), but they'll usually be there by the end of the movie/game. So be patient, heeheehee.

There's a built in waiting period, this being the latest variant to (try to) ensure that people are watching flash before voting on them. There's a base of 1 second, plus the filesize divided by 100 before you can vote. A 5MB flash would be 1 + 5000/100 or 51 seconds between when you click on Play/Watch and when the javascript will load the voting panel, while a 100kb flash would be 1 + 100/100 or 2 seconds.

So, just to clarify, if you vote 0 or 1 on a flash that is under judgement, you will get a blam point if the flash is blammed. If you vote a 2 or above on an under-judgement flash and it is not blammed, you get a save point. Am I right?

vote 0 or 1 on a movie under judgment to blam.
vote 2 3 4 or 5 on a movie under judgment to protect.
