You can gain experience points by voting on 5 entries every day. If you vote on more than 5 entries a day, the experiecne points will carry on to the next day.

Oh, and if you don't vote on 5 entries for a day (if you haven't carried exp. points over from the previous day). You don't get any exp. points.
