The second coming is a load of crap

Seriously, All the time I here about the second coming of christ.
Everybody says its going to be great.

But lets look at the facts here people.

If you read the bible correctly, jesus was born of christmas. First coming.

Jesus was later in his life killed. End Of first coming.

Three days later (easter), he comes back to life.

Now take a look and think about the info just given to you.

Now think. First, jesus was born on christmas, then died. Then he came back 3 days later. If we read the bible correctly, that means that when jesus came back, technicly, THAT was the second coming of christ.

Maybe what we are waiting for is never coming?
Maybe the second coming came and we were 2000 years late?

If Jesus actually came back, it would technically be a "third coming" and I've never fucking heard of one of those.

I think he does come back in Revelations, though...

there aren't enough people that put religion in front of their own family for "jesus" to pull a second coming. seeing that many people find that Jesus was never a savior, just some ordinary guy, aka atheists and whatnot, i find it impossible that churches could say he came again.

Didn't Jesus only bring up the whole second coming thing AFTER his resurrection? Like, as he was ascending to the heavens? That's the impression I've always been under.

During the second coming the Bible says that the entire earth will be seperated into two groups believers and non-believers (sheeps and goats). The souls of the believers will rise of up from the Earth and go back with him to Heaven and the non-believers will go to the lake of fire(aka hell).

If that happened already we wouldn't be here.

First Coming: Jesus was born on Christmas. Killed. Was Resurrected. Came back as ghostly being. Then he went back to Heaven for the FIRST time.

Second Coming: Didn't happen yet but is described in the book of Revelation.

Actually if you rea the bible correctly it doesn't give you a time of Jesus birth, Christmas's roots actually go back to a pagan celebration adopted by the Holy Roman Catholic church to promote conversion, the date December 25th has nothing to do with Jesus whatsoever.

When he came back 3 days afterwards, I believe that was when he told his deciples that he would return.

Then why make a topic about this? The bible has been translated hundreds of times, and dosent even make sense anymore. Maybe jesus is commin back, maybe hes not, heck maybe there never was a jesus who knows!

Even though it contradicts itself you have to realize that it was written in part by old arabic men. That is partially the reason why it is so deragatory towards women. Now I am a Christian but I think of the bible as more of a life guide than actual events. As far as the second coming is concerned I think it will happen someday.
