The secret is you don't, because moustaches suck. Unless you connect it to a goatee/beard, or you're mario, chances are a moustache will look shitty on you

Hair itself has no nerve endings in it, Its just one solid thick strand of protien. Cutting and shaving your hair will do nothing to accelerate its growth. The fact it, the older you get, the faster body hair grows, and the slower hair on the top of your head grows.
If you want a mustache, don't cut it, don't wax it. LET IT GROW!

also, when hair first re-appears it grows quick, and is thick and stubbly but thins out and grows slower.
