there's a VERY good way to stimulate them so you can learn to flex them... keep in mind, I am the one who figured this out.. It's not a universal method, so I don't know if it works with other people because of body structure and other stuff, so here ya go.. this is how I learned to flex mine:
1. Sit with you stomach curled.. lean against a couch or something..
2. Watch a VERY funny movie.. one that's SO funny u feel like throwing up with laughter..
3. Upon laughing when you sit in that position, ur stomach will develop a small hole in the center of your six pack.. at that instant moment, you just developed a small sub-muscle that you can now flex at will..

Well...although the flash itself is sub-par. The author actually has a point. Foamy is getting really stale and annoying now. That's the reason why that flash passed the judgement. I saw that some EGB members left reviews on the last illwillpress Foamy moive, many pointed out that he should start something new. Nevertheless, from mthe reaction and scores illwillpress get recently, Foamy is certainly going down/.
