Perhaps you may want to include that in your BBS signature if you are looking to get a decent amount of replies.
Also the last thing you want to include is what you are trying to program so users can give you specific action scripts then you may find an answer faster and easier.
what i mean is how do you program a fighting game i really what to learn how because there is a game i want to base it after

Read the NG flash help page. There are plenty of tutorials there, as well as links to free flash trials.If you need any further help, visit the Flash Forum, or consult an artist that you know.

Did you read anything anyone told you so far? First of all, this is the wrong fourm entirely. The flash fourm would be much better suited for a question like this. Secondly, you probably have a very small chance of actually getting a tutor to help you make a flash game. Your best bet would be to take this one step at a time. You want to make a fighting game, but you would probably be better off learning the basics of flash and taking many tutorials on actionscript before attempting something bigger.
A good reference of flash tutorials have been compiled here.
When you do have a question about flash, you would be better off asking something much more specific, to ensure you get an answer that can really help.
well i got some help with the flash game and contacted some people but something i need to know is how do i get the background to move with my characters and how do i get the enemies to cause damage
