okay here is how you fucking do it

1) make an object then convert it to a button by pressing F8
2) double click on the button and do all that crap (optional)
3) go back to the stage
4) click on the button once
5) click F9 to open the actions page (make sure it says actions-button
6) then click actions the click on movie control
7) double click on the button called goto
8) it will give you three thing to fill out. Here is what the mean:
scene- if you have mutiple scenes in your movie scroll down till you see the scene that starts off your movie
type- these are the different types of ways for you to locate a frame it is recomended that you use frame number
Frame- just add in the name (if using frame name) or number that you want the button to go to when clicked on
9)after those three are filled out, press F9 to get out of it then click on your frame that holds the button, press F9 to open up the actions menu again but this time make sure it says actions-frames and in a stop action to that frame so that the view can click the button
10) export movie to test out the button

Go to the frame you want the movie to replay to and give it a frame label.

Now add this to your button...

on(release){
_root.gotoAndPlay("frame")
}

Where it says frame,put in what you named the frame.
