Huge Problem

The Audio Portal claims that mp3's with a variable bitrate are empty and will not accept them as submissions! I see two ways out of this. The host could add some sensitivity to the filter so it can see that the bitrate is variable (VBR) and the song is not empty. Another way out would be to simply accept empty songs, I mean who gives a sh*t!

I haven't tried uploading VBR songs, but what about how you used to upload songs?

Bad quality just about sums it up.

hmm I just use a fixed bitrate, it's usually 112k or 128k, figuring not to complicate things with a variable bit rate

I would, but most of my songs need to be shrunk and 96 KBPS to fit.
