sig help

I know theres not soposed to be any sig forms but this is just a question so do get your nickers in a knot.

Im trying to make a animated sig on flash, but when every i preview it its always scratchy and bad. how can u optimize a gif. image so it looks as good as if your were playing a flash movie.?? Please help and dont lock this plz until i have the awnser.

If you mke it to where it's not animated you can go to publish setings and make a Jpeg
And raise the qulity to 100
