I worry more for the person who photoshopped that then the person who is eating that, unless its genuine.
if its not genuine, then that photoshopper is one sick puppy.

No offence to asians, but do you ever see a black or white man eating a baby? Not that all asians eat babys, but, thats weird.

The baby is fake.
It's from a town in China, a ghost town. This is one of the gimmic food the resturant there sells. It's like one of those fired egg rolls, but shaped into a baby.
However I've seen real fetus soups pictures, complete with preparations and all. It's out there online. try googling it.
