yes good luck to u in your future endeavours..i hope u protect the bbs from harm thanks
In all seriousness, congrats to both you and shifty.
You've been on NG long enough and have more than proven your maturity and intelligence level.
Good luck <3E>

Can you say...bump?
I wonder how much use they'll be though. I mean, they've always seemed to be pretty active in chat. I guess they can handle it.
The BBS still needs more mods, imo.
Well this is an odd case, two moderships given on the same day. Congrats DLG and uh renember its not Mod Abuse unless someone cares. You and ES should of been given Moddership a long time ago. But its better late then never.
Well done DLG! I have known you (as a person, nothing closer) for a long time and it's good for someone different to get the ability to moderate BBS users often.
Use your new powers well.
Well congrats for your new modship, although i never saw you in the BBS.
What the hell is an NG BBS?
Congrats DLG- You are truly a useful and intelligent person when it comes to Newgrounds Chat and I'm sure you'll do an awesome job on the BBS too.
Time to boost that post count now, eh? WHEEEEE.
I've probably seen this new mod once, but that's it. Congrats to this new mod anyway.
Well to be honest, I had NO idea who DrLavaGoddess or Evening shift were when I heard that they got modded.
I did find out that they were mostly in chat, so I decided to go in there last night. It was my first time in the chat (I remember calling myself a chat virgin), but DrLavaGoddess was extremely nice. She answered any questions I had, however dumb they may have seemed, and she was fun overall.
I do think she will be a great BBS mod, and I am 100% positive EveningShift will be just the same.
This is one modding in which I am really happy to see.
Anyway, I think I might go to the Chat more often, it was pretty fun. Thank you for your time.

In chat, and watching the BBS, yes.

Nt necesserily, hfcourse you have to lurk in the BBS, but if you don't post a ot, there is no proof of you doing so. Besides, if you don't post, no-one knows how you are in a debate situation, in mod-required situations and in a lot more situations. Thus, the post count does matter only if it comes with BBS lurking, so as the opposite, but there are some exeptionals.
since when do ppl with -200 posts and unknown on the bbs become mod?
I DEMAND MOD >:(
lol
So zetta slow!

I bet she'll go hog wild on the BBS and need to be restrained
she has the ability to ban you so watch wat you say

Yes, but the mods should be a lot mre than that, they should also be an example posters to set example to the others, this you should prove by continual model posts, if you have only 100 posts and they are all model, it is not a great achievement. But again, there are exaptionals.
Congrats Lave and ES on getting a modship, you guys are among the most helpful ive ever met on the net. And i promise no more borrowing your wife jokes ES :D
Oh and Lava, i still owe you one, cash in whenever you like :) <3

no.
people who are active throughout the site > model posters
I think her and eveningshift are deserving of their new powers.
I'm just guessing ambitous lads who are killing themselves acting like someone else to be bequeathed the moderator throne are getting hot headed bout this. lolatyouguys

I am not realy sure about that, it depends on what, to be a mod, you have to be a model poster, not a model blamer and protector, but you can also prove yourself through other places, the BBS posts are the best way.
I think her and eveningshift are deserving of their new powers.
Maybe, I am not saying that she doesn't deserve being a mod, I said that you can prove your mod skills in the best way through the BBS posts, but you can also prove them in other ways.
hey man i lurk the forums for 16 hours a day can i be a mod plssssssssssss

Congrats to DLG, I have no clue who you are as I'm not a frequent in the chat, but I look forward to seeing you on the BBS.

I'm late to notice, so screw me. I'm posting my opinion now.
Frankly, I don't much care how great of a chat "mod" she is, I feel that she should at least hang around until she gets to 1000+ posts before modship. We're a different crowd around here, she needs to become like us before governing us.
Either we need to keep up the system of mods modding what they focus in, or just make all mods be able to mod everything (BBS, chat, audio, portal, reviews, etc.) Either is actually fine, I just want consistancy.
shes the nicest mod ive met...shes so helpful, so dont be so quick to judge her....shes a chat mod.....not a bbs mod...you notice how bbs mods usually stay in the bbs...
if chat mods stayed in the bbs...who would mod the chat
