He did mention a game about Johnny Rocketfingers a while back as seen here. Johnny Rocketfingers - Consoles! He also mentioned that O~3 had no involvement in it. Also, he has mentioned that Dan Paladin was doing the artwork for it as he did in Alien Hominid so I doubt it would be Madness. The game is 2D and Tom has said if he were to ever tackle Pico as a console game it would be in 3D. If you want to take guesses I would say look at Dan Paladin's submissions and take guesses at what would work well as a 4 player game.
