I think Wade removed that feature because people were abusing it.EG:making fake accounts to get themselves more exp.

That's right.
However, you'll score a lot of exp. points if the person who you refered makes a lot of good flash movies on Newgrounds. Users get points for referring quality flash artists to NG.

how many experience points you get depends on the score of the movie.
if that is true then that would explain how u can get odd exp point scores :D
