True... but can you not ignore the massive layoffs in many major companies? TWA has all of a sudden has gone bankrupped and is about to shut doors! It's possible that companies know about Bush's involvement in the oil industry, and they think they have a friend in the White House. They may be testing his limits to see if he really is a dumb as they say. That's why there is more out-front shady business today. Man, the electoral college sucks!
