If it is the same as in the original Pico & the same as the NG logo up in the left corner, I believe it is called Beeksnees.
If I was at home, I could check for sure.

Download the Flash 6 player. It gives you a whole host of extra fonts. I'm sure it's in there somewhere.

no the in-game font
its also used in the portal voting buttons, its the yello type at the top.
