He meas that the voting page has turned into a flash animation. You don't really have to wait for the animation to finish, though, as there's also a link under the animation for you to deposit after you voted on five movies.

I was trying to point out, though, that NG has always been mostly Flash. I mean, that's what it was always based upon, and so the word 'Now' is a bit inappropriate.
