You need to vote on 5 movies in a row. Each time you vote, you should see yourself move along in the animation if you can be bothered waiting for it to load.
After the 5th movie, there'll be a Flash button (after the post-voting movie) and a hyperlink to 'Deposit your exp'.

Sometimes it takes quite a while for them to update so be patient

Make sure you vote on 5 movies in a row if you say vote on 3 close your browser then come back later and vote on 2 more it don't always remember you've been in before!
