Its not a rule set down by mods/admins. Its common sense not to make a club which does the exact same thing as another bigger one

Creating repeat threads when there is already a club that does that same service is against the rules. Maybe you should take the time to read them instead of just shooting off at the mouth like you are.

Its just like the apperciation clubs, thats not in the rules, but they are always locked now unless they are too old to be locked.
