As long as Ruffle and Unity and HTML5 have WinXP support you should be good. Some games chug on my Win10 Surface Pro and i don't know if it's a hardware issue, a browser issue, or an issue with the game itself though lmao.

Well for starters, XP browsers probably wouldn't even run Newgrounds itself because tech standards changed a lot.

But if we are talking about flash, maybe a Adobe Flash Player Standalone can play flash normally, but since we're talking about XP, maybe newer versions Flash Player might not run on XP.

This is all speculation.
