im not coming (im aware its 18+) just wanted to ask
Well in the previous requirements, you had to be 18 years of age or older (that was the main demographics back in the early and mid 00's of Newgrounds), you have to had over 1,000 forum posts. I don't know if that's changed over the years.
Also by American Law, you have to be 13 or older to have an e-mail account.

i forgot to mention i was thinking of this question in the situation of like imagine a kid showing up and somehow having a ticket
