would anyone please help me re-sync my audio??

I recorded a video earlier today that I want to post on YouTube but somehow the program fucked up and the audio and video desynced, and I dont know how to fix it, I've been trying to slow down the video, or re-place it, but every time it just seems to desync eventually. Im gonna post the link, and if someone could get it to be perfect like it was never broken, you have my eternal gratitude
