How do I create a playlist?

You always have the icon to add any submission to a playlist. The icon is next to the heart icon and you just have to click on it

Click on "Add to Playlist", enter the title of the playlist you want to create and hit enter. That'll automatically create a new one.

next to the share you can click it and it’ll ask you to create a playlist

If you happen to be on art, music, movie or game submission, this thing might appear

Click on this thing, then

Enter a name of new playlist, or add a submission to recent entries above.

If you choose a submission you want, you happen to click Add.

And it will appear "Added to Playlist", that means it's added to a list you like submissions, hope this is helpful.
