i want to make something nice for the new year while also pushing myself to do something out of my comfort zone, so i was thinking since it's year of the dragon i could draw one of my favorite dragon pokemon since i don't draw non humanoids very often but im also not quite sure if the composition works
the idea was fireworks in the background with hydrapple and a child closer to the foreground. its charging up some beam attacks with its mouth almost like its trying to generate its own fireworks! if you would change/add/subtract anything to make it more clear or interesting what would it be?
