I'm making a crude illustration taking place at a graveyard, which includes tf2 characters. Unfortunately, there's some trouble with trying to copy and paste the spike things on top of the gate (Paint.net seems to have problems with saturation whenever I copy and paste shapes. Luckily, I have my workarounds)

The deadline is March 15 2024, which gives me a week to edit and get it up on March 22, the anniversary of the closing of general (and also politics).
No A-Rated submissions.
Final upload will be a movie 1920 x 1080 resolution at 24fps. There'll be black bars if you use a different resolution. Framerate will be made to conform to 24, so if you use something different you risk getting the timings all screwed up.
Illustrations will appear in a slideshow, I might pan over some of them.
Music will play during vid. If there's more music then there is footage I'll resort to playing each track only partially.
Much like the real general, there's no quality control here! Make as many entries as you want too! Only reason I might veto something is if it's not relevant to general (or politics), like if you try to submit a 3 second madness combat test animation or something.
