Whats the best resource to learn Photoshop?

I started out as a video editor, so when it came to graphic design I just worked in adobe premier pro using still frames. Obviously not the most ideal way to operate, so i figure its time to learn. I'm no stranger to graphic design concepts, i just have zero familiarity with the interface of photoshop, which is mostly what i need to learn

I always go to YouTube when it comes to knowing about any program. Even for something specific within said program, you can Google search the question, and Google will provide you a YouTube with the exact timeframe where the video mentions your problem. It’s not foolproof, but it helped me in more cases I would like to admit!
