Pokémon Art Academy on the 3ds in 2019 lol
As for a fr first program, I used Ibis paint X on a samsung tablet in 2019. I used a cheap tablet pen to make my art at the time.
I used piskel on my school’s Chromebook and I drew everything with my mouse. Shit was awful but the program is actually decent. But now I use krita for my digital art and Aesprite for pixel art
Actually new in digital art, now using procreate with first gen apple pencil bought a long time ago.
MS Paint with a mouse on Windows 98.
I'd say MSPaint and DA muro (if anyone remembers DA muro you get a gold star :3)
MS Paint, way back in the 90s. At as far as I can remember.
It was an old knock-off Photoshop program I can't remember the name of. I scanned in things then colored them.
MS paint and mouse, I should even have one of my early works somewhere rescued. This maybe not paint, as per blurred lines - so this might be doodle while in school, they had Photoshop, but I know I 1st used MS Paint.
No one knows what the year was. Or rather we do not discuss that, ok.
Microsoft Paint, on Windows 7 with a mouse, using nothing but the shapes and line tools.
I didn't even know what undoing was, so every mistake I made I painfully tread over and patched up sloppily.
Take it with a grain of salt, I am slower than a snail.
Flipnote Hatena on the Nintendo DS

Ulead ImagePals version 2.0
Got it with a flatbed scanner I bought for the purpose of scanning my drawings, to be able to color them digitally.
Would be somewhere in the second half of the 1990's.
See my profile page for link to showroom
notebook.exe with the pencil gadget and the eraser.fla file I found when I was 4 years old
MS Paint + mouse circa 2015
macromedia flash prolly around 2013/15 with a basic ass wacom bamboo pen & touch
MS Paint on WIn98 when it was just me as a kid making dumb things for myself, and Paint.NET when I was a slightly older kid and started making pixel art to share with others. Only tablet I've ever used is a crappy 45 dollar huion thing I bought on a shady website 10 or more years ago.
I think Procreate my first is my last one I used. Actually I can’t fully understand what I did there. Gallery filled with emm… homework drafts 😂. Only last half of year (I mean 6 months) I really USE it as ART PROGRAM not just something…
Stop… I wrote answer In this thread months ago lol… OK 😂
I used PS CS3 (arrr) with Wacom Bamboo CTH461. I bought this tablet sometime in 2011/2012 and I still use it today :D Nowadays I paint in Krita where I feel much more comfortable with brushes but on the other side I feel worse about with tools/options.

MSPaint with a mouse in 2021, I drew... this
It's probably traced from something else, not sure what tho
I used MS Paint with a mouse and Flipnote on my DSi.
There was also a small period where I used a program called “Artrage” that we bought with a drawing pad at a store. It wasn’t very good.
When I was attempting to take art more “seriously”, I switched to FlipaClip on my iPad with my finger as the pencil (very serious).
Now I use Procreate with an Apple pencil.
Windows XP MS Paint. No tablet.
This is the earliest original digital drawing of mine I have backed up. The .bmp file dates back to January 2005. Everything I can find that was created before that date is all recolors of other people's work.
