Summary of the differences:
Unscouted
- Only share on user page (name.newgrounds.com)
- You have to go looking for the submissions
Approved/Scouted
- Can share with full privileges
- Can scout others for the audio portal
- Can be considered for Featured or Front Paged audio (featured is computer selected, FP is human selected)
- Can win audio portal trophies (computer selected)
- Can monetize their content
- Can enable downloading of their content
- Can enable their content to be used in API based games
