My girl Aoi is pretty blue, down to her name, literally meaning Blue.
i use cool colors for some of my characters. mostly neutral colors like white, black, grey and sometimes brown. my least blue character has to be ron ulrich because he's a red fleshy monster. my bluest character has to be fru veronica, unless i have a bluer oc somewhere i forgot about.
Now i may not be an expert on color theory but there is indeed blue
a lot of blue, sort of, just mixed with a cyan colour
