I'd be down with collaborating on that, but I think it would be cool if there was also a segment where those who cant animate can just draw a single frame of their contribution in their own style. That way it'll look like a fast-paced animated art collage compiled together into a single animation. Otherwise this sounds like a fun idea I'd love to see on the site! :)
