It is possible that the song you want to be on NG is copyrighted and cannot be published here.

And if you want to use it for a GD level, I recommend that you search on YouTube how to use songs that are not available in NG

Problem is I am using it as a NONG. But Idk if RobTOp will rate my level if the song ain't matching

PLus the artist hasn't been active in like 7 to 10 years
