Also, since @MusicSashik and @Claycubed have proven less-than-responsive to my offer to have them rejoin the competition, I'm also inviting @MrMusterd and @Mauxus to take over seeds #22 and #29, respectively. With 10.5 hours left before the deadline, your seed numbers are not going to be as important to me as whether you've actually indicated interest in competing in the Group Stage.
I can't guarantee anything right now, but seeds #74-80, namely @Nixonic, @M1ndbreaker, @RedCocoa, @IndexatioN, @XCRIZGD, @Jakey-San, and @Amishpimp: you should know that, if the clock strikes midnight tonight on the East Coast of the U.S., there's an original track you've made in the last 3 weeks in this thread, and there's someone in the top 64 seeds whose track is missing, you also have a good chance of getting back into the NGADM. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I know I got in but this is not the mix I have heard in past contests at all, is what I'm saying. This feels far from it. 🤔
Electronica has a lower bar for entry than a lot of other genres, at least for online communities where you present it by uploading it, as opposed to playing it live, so it only makes sense that it's more represented. I'm glad there's an audience for non-electronica music though, as someone that makes a lot of metal.

The midnight hour is upon us (on the east coast of the U.S. at least), which means the NGADM 2023 Group Stage submission phase is officially over! We have 55 submissions out of 64 slots, a pretty good turnout if you ask me.
Unfortunately, the following users have failed to submit something on time: @Nascene @ELEVENT
@GalaxyTones @Wushyx @Aterr @Kitschy @ArtCowles @Lashmush @Kysertron. Fill-ins @Claycubed and @MrMusterd are also AWOL.
Results should be out sometime on August 26th. Exactly 16 competitors will advance to the tournament-style phase of the competition. I'll even make a bracket so you can see what your potential "path to victory" looks like. :)
But I'm getting ahead of myself. Before the single-elimination tournament starts, the judges have a lot of judging to do! @ADR3-N, @Bosa, @ConnorGrail, @SplatterDash, @TaintedLogic, @TeraVex, @WobWobRob, and @X3LL3N: you know what to do.
