Granted, it's been around elsewhere on the internet before it was posted at NewGrounds, but it's one of my favorite series.

People can make their own messages read aloud by text-to-speech, and they can include a YouTube link where they can control the beginning and ending of the video, along with concluding it with a sound effect.
This from my understanding is referred to as a SingScar.
It is a sequel to Olskoo's SingScar 1.
And you can see other people's SingScar which they have made. You can even find your own!
I enjoy it because I am interacting with the community, where they get to create a SingScar to showcase their humor and interest in music.

Yeah, I got there was a text-to-speech thing involved, but I just don't see the appeal in this. Like, at all. The videos don't even autoplay? Maybe it's a generational thing. That's enough Newgrounds for today, I think.

I think it's cool because I recognize the names of the people who made the SingScars. Some people like The Sopranos other don't, and there are people who like Irish shit porn from the deepest depths of Dublin, it's all a matter of taste.

Far as I know, there isn't a place for recommending one's own game.
As another user on the site, my perspective is that it is not allowed to recommend your own work or organize others to promote your work. Typically, developers upload multiple games, and it takes a while for one of those games to reach the front page. Usually, the first couple of games a developer uploads don't make it to the front page; it takes time. However, if you interact more with the community and engage in conversations with more people, they may play your game and possibly suggest it for the front page. But that is just a suggestion. It is not a guarantee.
Personally, I always tell myself that the process is the goal. Learning and being in the process is the reward. Providing value to the community and being a positive impact on the creative environment is an amazing way for people to respect and appreciate your work.
