I would think if you work at a company that hosts NSFW content, you're allowed to view it. Content moderation is a thing.
The other question on my mind, is Newgrounds enabling child grooming by promoting sexualized content of popular cartoon characters?
I mean it started out as an abbreviation for Not Safe For Work... but over time it just became a catch-all euphemism for anything that isn't all-ages appropriate.
If minors aren't allowed to work than why does NSFW refer to content that is 18+

You know what... you're right. That would apply to all instances of companies that allow for NSFW content then, and as so there really is no place such content needs to be labeled such...
