If you’re gonna exercise, make it something you like to do or that makes you feel stronger after. You’ll probably do it more often and coincidentally reap the benefits. You can expand later.

If you can, I suggest DDR as a good exercise method! It does depend on skill level, but higher level songs get you more activity!
I would see if you have an arcade nearby with a machine, get a PS2 or Xbox (if you don't have one) and get the games, or, if you're willing to pay monthly for it, Konami has a PC version! (Though from what I've heard, the PC version can be a bit of a money pit from how its set up)
