also new guy thats in the same universe as chris and is an ominous figure that stalks him and when it confronts chris it usually ends up with him freaking out and then doing something reckless to escape or defend himself which ends up with chris dying [ i need to name it still ] and also an additional doodle

I really like this guy's design! I love the whole traffic light head on him. Your background work is really good too. Excited to see more of your work.
