we have kind of a revolving door policy for people that get kicked out. Rules are strict but they’re not unforgiving.

People really have a problem not keeping the nomination thread for nominations. Also I notice a lots of nomination posts are only for a handful of categories. Do you find some users add votes as the thread goes on, or if they only have 10 categories in their post, that's the end of it?

It's hard to fill all of them especially since I usually base users on their pfp and not so much their username. I mean I recognize your name but some people I can only remember their "faces" so it's kinda hard to check all of those boxes. I gave up after 10 minutes because I felt it wasn't full enough.

There's certainly a handful of categories that require a bit of recollection and thought, like Newcomer award, Greatest event(Dr Strongbad getting called out for replying to his own alts and subsequently had the hammer fall on him for artificially inflating his post count) , Photoshop master (Has anyone even done photoshop in the last 5 years? I miss Heinrich). Most are pretty self-explanatory like biggest attention whore (Wegra), Worst mod (bbr), funniest user (Prinzy2, obviously).
It's the one offs that bug me. If someone can't fill 75% of the categories, why even make nominations? I also understand they may or may not be considered, but it's still annoying.

She has faithfully hosted these awards for the BBS every year for years and then she creates the snazzy awards presentation as well.
