It was back when my dad """disagreed""" with Boy Scouts for accepting gay scouts so he transferred me into Trail Life, which was a more "faith-based" scouting organization. There was a cop there with the boys for whatever reason and he was basically being a dick and bullying us. After a scavenger hunt gone wrong, I was at my limit... so I ended up punching him. I got a verbal thrashing and felt ashamed for the longest time, until later when I talked to my dad about it. Even he thought the cop was a dick and was acting way out of line.

Back in 2009, I started noticing NBC would put out a lot of ads for "the Blacklist" using strobe effects, blacking the screen for a couple frames rapidly, and such trends were not properly debated. I don't know, I'm not saying it gives me seizures or anything, but more so it makes me paranoid that somehow I will watch that show or have more brand loyalty because I was hypnotized into doing it, without regards to my human will or whatever.
