The exact same thing has been done with the same loop too. You just traced the loop and used the whole song instead of a small portion which the original used.

I wouldn't say that The Ramones are hardcore punk, mainly because so many of their songs had aspects of pop music. I don't want to get all technical and sound like one of those "Oh they are a psychadelic garage emo pop rock reggae county bluegrass disco heavy metal band" kind of people, so I will just say that The Ramones were a punk band.

I agree. There wasnt much "hardcore" going on there.
Except for.. maybe... Blitzkreig Pop was a little more rough.
And even then, the song has the word "pop" in the title. That doesnt classify it as pop, but it might throw some people off.

After thinking about it, i don't think i was 100% correct... The Ramones, Clash, and Sex Pistols were more "punk rock" than "hardcore punk" they just get thrown in with all the 80's hardcore punk bands...
