I think this works pretty damn nice for an AU. Personally wouldn't want it to be the canon story. But to whoever is reading, if you consider it canon, that's fine :)
I also like to think that Pico is pansexual. While I personally have mixed feelings about Pico canonically dating BF specifically, the ship is fine for AUs (Plus this was released on April Fool's so yeah).
I guess what I am saying is that it seems like the ship is canon only if you want it to be canon.

It was a fun april fools joke and a smart twist. Luckily Friday Night Funkin' does really promote Pico to a new audience, so that was a good approach to go from there.

Pico has been long overdue for revisions, so today I’ve updated Pico’s School with a restructured story to get it closer to the game I think it should have been.
I hope everyone understands why I felt this was necessary and respects my decision to make some changes. I think Pico’s School is a much stronger game as a result, let me know how you like it!
