How do i get blam or protect point?

For blam and save points you need to go classic portal, under judgement movies or under judgement games. If you find a game or a movie bad then give it 1,5/5 stars score or lower and if it doesn't pass the judgement you'll get blam points, same thing goes with save pionts by giving 2/5 stars score or higher.
