I definitely don't think furry stuff shouldn't be allowed or something. I just think it should be specified... mandatorily. At first i didn't bother inserting tags in the tags to avoid settings or blocking users. But it's so, so many... And, come on... It's a niche thing. We shouldn't have to do all this work to avoid it...

So Audio Portal made retroactive changes in their system for NSFW audio. Why shouldn't Art Portal do it as well?

Pretty much, the majority of the art portal (The scout section) are either porn or some mediocre art that makes you question "How did they get scouted?"

But back on topic, I honestly don't understand why some artists don't take 3 seconds to add tag to their work (unless it sketch) or filter their stuff. I saw a few artworks that are NSFW but put an "E" rating as well.

Tom or Wade used to make that an act worthy of having your account deleted in the flash portal when spam groups would post absolute filth and then give it an E rating. (Horrifying R34 shit)

Other spam groups would then make their E rated content say “May contain gore, heavy nudity, etc etc”

Having the portal in chaos is actually pretty normal.

But do you see me blocking people because they post that sort of art? If I see something in the art portal I dislike, I ignore it! The reason why I don't straight up block those artists is because who knows, I might just meet them someday and befriend them, despite the things they do. @NeoD-ray is a good acquaintance of mine despite him being a smelly italian ""person"" (Ti amo, ok? The people I block however are those that are genuine assholes towards me or that post things that trigger traumas.

Don't get me wrong, this has nothing to do with the fact that we're talkin' about furries: I do agree that there's a bad majority of furries that are just... Painfully savage (sadly).
