Well what question are you asking? Is it worth uploading art on Newgrounds or is 3D Art allowed?
To answer the second question, one of the main categories of the art portal is 3D Art. So as long as you've created every aspect of your piece of art you're allowed to post it to the art portal.
Whether or not it's worth it to you is a question I can't answer. What would make it worth it in your eyes?
