I have an idea for a game

I need a programmer and someone who can make simplistic 3D models that I can convert to 2D sprite animations.

The game is an online multiplayer rpg adventure game. I'm mainly only making this game for me and a few other people, and
I'm making my own 2D sprites, tilesets, and world designs.

The game is 2.5D isometric perspective, so thats why I need the 3D modeled sprites. And also I'm only making this game with the 56 colors in the NES palette, as a fun challenge for creativity. The 32K on the SNES is a bit of a jump for now.

This game I can sense is going to be a huge flop. I have no experience in the field and I have no clue how to get experience. Maybe if I made this a story based game instead of an online based game for now. People are commenting that online multiplayer games are difficult for beginners, so instead I'm shifting focus.
