I don't know what to do. I Just turned 18, i'm not in high school anymore but the issue is my parents won't allow me to date. I am also not allowed to drive, go out at night and my clothes and hairstyle is always based off what my mom and dad say. I am not allowed to wear what i want unless mom says its okay. What am i supposed to do?

Unfortunately, as long as you live with them, they can control a lot of that. My house , my rules. A fair parent would try to give you a bit more freedom, since you are now technically an adult.
My parents were pretty tough too, even after I turned 18, and I ended up moving out. (At 18)
It's going to work out.

If you're a girl they're probably just scared you'll get with a fucko and end up pregnant before you're financially stable or something, I'm assuming that's why your mom specifically is the one who controls what you wears.
